yeah again and i i think it just really comes down to like what are you trying to accomplish in your training program and how much time can you commit to doing it because if your goal is just to get stronger uh be more you know have more vitality be more literally functional in your daily life but you've got limited time to do it like working on a perfect deadlift with somebody that can take years to perfect a a really perfect deadlift and then start progressing the weight like Powerlifters spend years getting really good just at the positioning and stuff and they still hurt themselves all the time.

So like, you know, if your goal is to get as much bang for your buck, I think there's no debate that like training in this style or at least getting away from this functional training kind of overarching theme is certainly important.
