Uh, in, um, Heighting versus, uh, Power Fleet, um, It's a case in which the defendants won.

The plaintiff alleged the data broker software captured identifiers on Power Fleet's Web site.

The court granted dismissal for lack of Article three standing and personal jurisdiction, deeming the substance of arguments essentially conceded after a plaintiff opposed only the, you know, opposed only based on a local rule issue regarding their meet and confer process.

But regardless, the court still found that merely visiting a website was not enough without facts about what information was provided, captured, or de-anonymized.
