Yeah, so it's an actual cake, but I think the double entendre in the rap song was that he was just talking about how he makes money, like pounds.

That a family emergency happened, and instead he took the day off and he drove around Philly with a cooler full of dry ice, went to D'Alessandro's Cheesesteaks, Swiaki's Meats to get their sausage, and then Stock's Pound Cake, because none of them would ship.

I even called the old Polish couple that owns Swiaki's Meats.
