So we're covering 23 minutes of the movie, which we think will be at least twice as long, Episode 4.

So, William, we start with The Potions Master, which is Harry's...

You know, he's done with the sorting.

D2, you get a belt so that you can have your potions in your belt, right?

And managing it was stupid because you just want to use the health potion and restocking was a pain.

And in Grim Dawn, from what I understand, is even in the base game before the update, Potions always had the cooldown anyway, so all they did was cut out the clutter from your inventory, and that makes the most sense for a game like this.

It's already on cooldown.

Just take it out of your inventory.

We are presuming that the colors mean it's the, the house that you're having that class with.

Yeah, so, like, if it's blue for Charms, then we're assuming it's the Gryffindors, as well as the Ravenclaws, or, like, green for Potions, it's the Slytherins.

Although it's interesting because, I don't know if this was on purpose or not, but, like, red is Transfiguration.

That is, you know, McGonagall's house.

Hmm

... is there are just some classes that I wouldn't wanna do with other houses.

Like, I wouldn't wanna do Potions when Snape is the professor with Slytherins.

That's actually something I was also thinking about ZD was that if flasks are not a single item which I'll get into an idea ahead with that later but if everything just becomes a flask and you're increasing your doses the total doses of inventory go from one hundred twelve to One Hundred Sixty Eight Between Sarah Brews and Prayer Pots which is what you really need lots of Doses For In Content That's Effectively Just Increasing Your Effective Hp Or Effective Prayer And Again I Don'T Like The Direction Either Of Going Into More Tanky Bosses Currently One Thing That Us They Have To Design Around Is Our Limited Health Pools And our limited prayer pools Yknow You can't expect normal content to necessarily have perfect clicking forever where somebody's never gonna lose a prayer point So they can't really design with that in mind but if you just increase the effective prayer volume that everyone has then they can design around it

Yeah I Also Said No Cause I Really Do Think This Is Like A Real Power Creep To Inventory Management Especially When It Comes Stuff Inferno And Speedrunning All Across The Board When You're Talking Potential Extra Five Hundred HP Healing Uh five hundred pray Restore And you're essentially saying for every two potion uh for every two flasks you have you gain An Inventories Slide Like That Could Be Used For Ne More Niche Items Now That'D Be Cool Maybe Some Another Way You Could Be Like Oh That Would Be Really Cool Expression Of Skill When It Comes To Specific Bosses Chambers And Stuff Like That But I Just Think It's Way Too Much Of A Power creep For The Way That Inventory Is If You Were To Go From Four To Five I Think I would lean more towards Okay But I Just Think Giving A Fifty Percent Buff Across The Board To Potions Is Way too much The more I'm thinking about this right now is I think the five dose already just makes so much more sense cause it's not as extreme It Even Could Be Like Flasks Are Not Sold Right Now Vials You Just Buy Them In Packs And They'Re Just Cheap As Hell But If You Had A Really High Requirement Maybe Something Higher Than Um You Know Dorishkon Light Orbs And It Was Like A Level Ninety Five Crafting Requirements Even Blow These Things And The Only Way Of Ever Obtaining Them Is To Blow Them And Then Maybe You Have To Even Enchant Them Maybe There's An Element Of Magic Where You Need To Enchant These Vials As Well To Make Them Actually Hold The Potions Properly Uh That Could Be Interesting Cuz Then You Have A Skilling Meta That Could Be Profitable That's Requiring Crafting And Magic And The More I'm Thinking About This Right Now I Think The Six The Jump T From Four To Six Is Just Way Too Extreme And The Five Makes Much More Sense

I think for me it's a question of motivation Why Is This Needed In The Game I, I think that RuneScape has done such a good job of having teleports everywhere.

And you know this is, this is assuming that this is a, a very end, end-end game update and so this is for people who have teleport...

Yeah that Could Be Pretty cool Actually yeah

I love that I think that's That'd be That's a Really interesting Space that I never thought About before Where it's There's so many encounters where I'm like I Don't Know Should I bring one super combat Or two Think about going Into Tab Where it's Usually I like To Just Bring One Divine and One Normal Super Combat But If you're Going with A Learner Maybe you should take Two Divines But you Can always use that Flask For that One Potion that You Might Need Five Or Six Doses For Or Hold A Little Bit Extra Prayer Of Something You can do that Instead That's a really great Idea Myth It almost Brings The Vibe Of the Holy Wrench A little Bit Where it's This Item that's Kind of Useful Nobody Ever brings it Because it's Not useful Enough But it Has that Familiarity of Okay here's this Beautiful Flask that You're bringing Basically Everywhere Now Filling it Up exactly With Whatever you want But you Only can Have One That's Really Cool

There's An interesting Design Space There Too What if There's Certain Fountains Throughout The Game that You Can Only Fill Up Your Flask With Or You Can Fill Up Your Flask With At that Time We Have This Problem with Scurrius In Early Game Where They You Can't Restore Your prayer Down There But if There Was A Fountain Or something that You Can Refill Your Flask A Certain Amount Of Times [chuckles] And Gain Some Prayer Potions Back You Could There's A Cool design Space There I Like that a lot yeah

there's A Lot you could Do with that Well Th- If we went off of some of the League Stuff where they Had that Unlimited bowl If it could have Not a Large Chance but a Very Slim chance of Saving a Dose That could be Another Thing But that might be Too That might Creep up a Bit if it's saves us Our Brew Dose or a Prayer Potion One Bit

And Snape and Lily were friends, you know? You can imagine in Potions class at this level of Potions it's not like J- it's not like Lily's pairing up with, you know, James and Sirius and Lupin and stuff, right, in class.

She's probably pairing up with Snape.

[laughs]

He's like, you know, he just kinda like grabs, uh, he, he grabs S- Snape, and he is describing Harry's, like, excellence at Potions.

And he's like, "Why, even Severus?" And it's like-

like yeah like i don't care about the fact that this is a beanie baby i just wanted a little stuffed leopard um But now as far as the two Sword and Books I played, the first one that came out on Monday is called Shelf the Potions.

And this one is actually kind of interesting because you have to solve additional puzzles to figure out how to shelve these potions.

And the solutions to the puzzles are like all around the magic shop.

I don't know, but I liked that one just because it was cute.

And I don't know if that one...

There's kind of a... rift in the community in the sort-em-up community right now about not playing ones that are having sort-em-ups that don't have AI because like Shelf the Potions on its store page has a very prominent no AI sign on it

I figured they all would have AI like who would want to generate these assets by hand I

And, you know, then we even get Harry having a distant, distant memory of Snape having mentioned this during his first day of Potions class.

[laughs] So it's not that Snape isn't trying to teach these-

... trying to survive his classes.

This is true.

But especially in fourth year, the whole Potions curriculum-
