Pooh Richardson

He was so mad.

Two things you don't bring up, him being sent to the Timberwolves, who are a bad team, with Pooh Richardson.

Right.

And Michael Jordan.

So we'll go third quarter, they get blown out, we sit down.

Who was your star back then? Pooh Richardson?

It was Darius Miles.

Oh, okay.

It's like my, my, my very first car had a terrible license plate that I thought was cool, and it really wasn't.

It said 93 Pooh, P-O-O-H, because I was a big Pooh Richardson fan.

[laughs]

That didn't go so well for me in college.

I'm going to do it.

I'm going to take Pooh Richardson as my number one.

Three seasons with the Wolves.

Played in all 246 games.

It kind of threw me off.

I want to.

You know, I want to keep I'm going to think of what kind of style I want to play, because there is a player that I would have definitely taken over Pooh Richardson if I was Charlie.

But I think I'm going to go another position scarcity thing.

Number eight is Billy McKinney, the guy who did the franchise, uh, the expansion draft at the start of the franchise.

He picked Pooh Richardson, which was great.

The initial roster was actually not bad for an expansion team, if you ask me, um, going back and looking at that 1989-1990 Wolves team.

Um, but he left shortly after the, the inaugural season, or after the second season began.

Jalen Rose is going to be, I was going to say.

Pooh Richardson.

Yeah, missed out on Reggie.

That's alright.

They were playing like a warehouse.

That's when they had Pooh Richardson and Randy Brewer.

Oh, there we go.

Not Corey Brewer, Randy Brewer.

The first? Well, I guess the first real notable name.

Isaiah Ryder? No, Pooh Richardson.

Oh, yeah.

I would call him a superstar.
