And we'll do a few more wrinkles of the story, but basically that throwaway shield crop that was protecting the wind from their nuts and, or their pistachios and almonds became the thing that made them the most money, selling this pomegranate juice as not just another juice to compete with apple juice or orange juice, but as a health drink.
