Polanco

Cool.

And then near, a little bit further away, but still within, let's say, like a 15-minute cab ride or Uber ride is Polanco, where most of the biggest museums in the city are located.

We have the National Museum of Anthropology, which is officially the largest museum in the world.

It's larger than the Louvre in Paris.

But with this trade war, everyone is going crazy now.

You know, we've used this example multiple times, but I think to me what strikes me the most is, you know, we were wandering around Palacio de Hierro, and Palacio de Hierro, the one that we went to, was in this little area called Polanco.

And you kind of look at that area and go, this is an upscale area.

Almost every brand that listens to us would fit in that area.

Yeah.

You know, like there's something like five postal codes there and there's probably like 10 million people in Polanco that, you know, you can get to under, you know, in under kind of like 40 or 50 square kilometers, you know, like actually probably even smaller than that.

But, you know, I just I don't want to be over exaggerate.

Right.

But I was just like, oh, my gosh.

And we were in an area called Polanco or Polanca.

I can't remember.

And it was like being in Beverly Hills.

about this demo that happened in the most Jewish area of Mexico City.

Polanco has historically always been kind of a cultural center for Jewish people.

It's where the most important synagogues in Mexico City are, arguably, in all of the country.

And this demo where, by their own admission— Was called by groups that is not obviously clear.

No other demo in support of Palestine in this country has chanted anti-Semitic slogans.

They've always been very careful to always criticize, as is right, to criticize Zionism, to criticize Netanyahu, to criticize U.S. imperialism, to criticize the concept of Zionism.

And they've never marched through Polanco.

They marched down

Yeah.

Like, has anyone ever been to Mexico City? Have you walked through Polanco? Like the most fabulous neighborhood in all of Mexico City? People would say

it's the Beverly Hills of Latam.

It is.

And to top it off, not only are you paying like two fifths to one third, the amount of rent for the same square footage, but the quality of the construction is so much better because, uh, Mexico City is a really old city.

All the construction in Roma Norte and Condesa, and even in Polanco a little bit too, the buildings are a little bit newer, but in general, it's at least 30, 40 years old.

A lot of these buildings, most of the buildings actually in Condesa are 80, 90 years old.

Staying in a 100-year-old building in Mexico City is par for the course.
