yeah because they were are going to release them in tandem or something i don't know That would be honestly really cool because then you could play through the games, you know, and you could actually, you know, because we've been having a lot of discussions about Pokemon Bank closing at the end or, you know, next year, a day before Pokemon Day in February.

And there's a lot of Pokemon that you're going to be able to, like, that you're just going to lose access to.

Like, if you wanted to catch today, you wouldn't be able to transfer them all the way up to modern games anymore.

but we do have confirmation.

Like, they did announce that, like, FireRed and LeafGreen, these ports will be compatible with Home and then presumably compatible with, like, ZA or Generation 10 in future games.

And so, you know, if Bank closes, but Colosseum is, you know, maybe brought into the fold, all of those shadow Pokemon you can now capture, purify, and transfer into your... into Home and into your collection.

Like, that would be something... that would be preserved that's just like another and I feel like Colosseum is pretty is pretty significant for people who do like to do like ribbon quests for example it's kind of one of those like you know it's like the bottom of the iceberg you know kind of games and experiences for like shiny hunters you know

Connectivity, maybe you get Jirachi.

Pokemon Bank is somehow...

Pokemon Bank is dying.

So, Pokemon Champions is the sweeping sensation that's... sweeping the nation, you know? It is a competitive-focused, free-to-play Pokemon game.

You can import Pokemon that you called from Scarlet, Violet, Sword, and Shield, and all those other things to the Pokemon Bank into the game.

You can import the Pokemon you've been catching for years in Pokemon Go into the game, as long as it's part of the regulation.

And you can just build a team, and you can also get a free Pokemon every day just by logging in nice and easy.

So, um, well as of, as of February, that method is going away.

And so right now there's an app called Pokemon Bank that is on the DS.

You can't download it anymore, but if you have it, it still works.

I'm going to read this from Nintendo, their website.

Pokemon Bank ends of service.

Pokemon Bank, a Nintendo 3DS application that lets players deposit or withdraw Pokemon they have befriended in Pokemon titles on that system from online boxes will be ending service on Thursday, February 25th, 2027 at 7 p.m. Pacific time.

As a result, transferring Pokemon from Pokemon Bank to Pokemon Home, which is like the new version of this, will also no longer be possible.

If you have Pokemon stored in Pokemon Bank that you wish to carry over, please move them to Pokemon Home prior to the Pokemon Bank's end of service.

Please note that Pokemon Bank is not currently available for download.

That is because the 3DS eShop was shut down in 2023.

Man, a lot of people complaining about PS3 going away and all that digital storefront.
