We are talking pets with Laura V, and you may not know this, but the aircraft spotter's world is alight with news that some very exciting marine, I'm going to say, they're not helicopters, but they're kind of planes slash helicopters, and they're sitting at Point Cook at the moment because they're going to do a massive flyby of the NFL game on Friday.

And that is how the Americans roll when it comes to putting on a big game.

They hold nothing back.

Now, the NFL probably have more military firepower at their disposal than the ADF.

That might be a little bit cruel, but have you seen the aircraft in person?

I have, Tony, and I'm actually looking at about two or three of them right now from the Point Cook Coastal Park, looking over the Rath Lake at Point Cook.

Three of them flew in yesterday and three flew in Sunday night.

And I think in terms of some of thinking about how this might play out, there was a report in The Age earlier this week about people fire stations across Victoria that are pretty underfunded and under resourced.

And so especially in Melbourne's west in Tarneit and Point Cook, there is a really like quite extreme lack of fire resources.

The average response rate is much lower in those suburbs than others.

This means that in a place like Tarnit, where there's one fire crew, one fire crew for the whole area, that people die because they don't, you know, they don't have the, you know, the fire resources to deal with it.
