PNC Tower

That's a cool look at some really incredible detail-oriented work from Jostin Construction there for the rooftop area on Sky Central.

Before it became Sky Central, it was known as Cincinnati's PNC Bank Tower, right at the corner of Fourth and Vine downtown.

A more than 100-year-old, 31-story former office tower converted into apartments.

Developers say it's the largest adaptive reuse project in Cincinnati's history, and it has received a 2026 CoStar Impact Award for Redevelopment of the Year for the Cincinnati and Dayton market.
