Plumber

He's been on the show before.

We call him Johnny the Plumber.

He's running home service businesses in the Tampa market, which is a large market.

But he's laid out this model, and me listening to him, either on the show or while we're having late-night discussions of business, I mean, him laying out that model that you just described and the amount of revenue per technician, revenue per vehicle that they can max out in that home service trade is phenomenal.

We have a really difficult time finding qualified people to work in our health care environments, not just with our contractors coming in to build that environment, but to maintain it.

Hospital engineers, hospital maintenance, getting the right people in to do those jobs is getting more and more difficult, especially with mission critical projects, taking people away, offering, you know, hey, Mr. Electrician, Mr. HVAC person, we're going to offer Mr. Plumber, we're going to give you so much money you can't see straight.

And off you go.

So it's gotten harder and harder to bring people into that environment.

What happened to a credit union that absorbs this? The credit union that absorbed them was West Penn PNP, Federal Credit Union.

PNP stands for Plumbers and Pipefitters.

So it's another credit union devoted to laborers, devoted to a labor union, devoted to folks that are They'd

be brethren with the IBEW.
