grounded it's my roots it's like it represents that flavor where i come from that's why i love afro latin so much because it afro afro comes from africa the motherland that's where the the the drums come from but then the the caribbean and us latinos have embrace those drums and then turn it into our culture.

You know, me coming from Puerto Rico, the Bomba in Plena, which is our nature, typical cultural dance.

It's just, that's what it is.

It's just like congas and drums, you know, and Afro gives me that whole feeling.
