And from that point on, the war planners have been anxious about manpower, anxious about an insufficient number of bodies, and also smart to the fact that children, boys and girls, at an early age, events very pure, beautiful conceptions of life and the future, and they have a curiosity and a natural, as I would argue, sort of love for what is around them.

And the military has been very keen to disabuse them of those notions, to instill educational curricula from a very early age that frames history around great men like Bonaparte and Washington and the wars they fought that, you know, instilled, you know, the Pledge of Allegiance in public schools every morning.

You know, there is even a secretive bond dating back a century between PE teachers and the military.

Physical education teachers are agents of the military because the military wants from a very early age to prioritize physical education above all else.

for all The Pledge of Allegiance to the flag is a pledge to the ideals of our forefathers, the men who fought and died in the building of this great nation.

It's a pledge to fulfill our duties and obligations as citizens of the United States and to uphold the principles of our Constitution.

And last but not least, it's a pledge to maintain the four great freedoms cherished by all Americans, freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom from want, and freedom from fear.
