Pleasantville

where I've been coaching now for the last 31 years, we won our playoff game on Friday night.

Beat a local rival, Pleasantville High School, a team we have now played 101 times, one of the oldest rivalries in southern New Jersey, Ocean City, Pleasantville.

They're not on our regular schedule anymore, but we drew them as our playoff opponent, won a very entertaining playoff game on Friday night, 29-22. this is our 10th straight year in the playoffs at ocean city.

We're the only public school in South Jersey who can claim that something we're proud of.

It's just you and me talking.

So tell me, where are you from? I'm from, let's see, I was born in Pleasantville, New Jersey.

Okay.

And that's in the very southern part.

No, and generally nobody owns meat markets.

It's a kind of a thing of the past, but actually it was my husband and I who bought it from my brother.

And we had had a business up in Pleasantville, which was a meat market.

Wow.

So I just wanted to let you know that.

And here we are on the new and improved Jim Cranchill on a Saturday afternoon right from Pleasantville Music.

I mean, he's literally right down the street from me.

And I'm going to be now this title flooding that's coming up.

Best way to check it out is get a sure local.

Cindy and Bob Furch have a great paper.

You can get it here at Pleasantville Music Shop for absolutely free.

And it's a great paper to find out what's going on in our area.
