This tour begins right outside the towering spires of Seville Cathedral on Avenida de la Constitución and ends in Plaza Nueva, the heart of the modern city.

Plan for comfortable shoes as you wander uneven stone floors and courtyards.

There's a little road that snakes down from there, so a lot of people miss that.

Or you go down through the Galería de Colecciones, or you go down from the Plaza España.

But any other attempt to get to it from the palace is doomed to failure.
