Platting deals with any sort of legal changes to the description of a property.

So whether it's changing a property line, moving a property line, or adding property lines to the subdivision process.

It is, like I said, a legal term, definitely a strange word for some people, but it is the Matsubara's division that handles any sort of land changes to to property lines.

The benefit of how the Matsubara is set up is that there is still public comment periods.

And that is our check.

Our check is either through the Matsubara Platting Board with their appointed members or through the public process itself.

So with nearly every action as defined by the borough, it goes through some public process, either through a comment period in person or in writing based on code.
