Yeah, we used to be down in North, um, Plant & Food Research.

What the?

[laughs] Developed in partnership with New Zealand's Plant & Food Research, and it was worth the wait.

We have very large research institutes which are owned by the government.

And in, um, 2009, they put out a request, uh, for proposal, an RFP, to a number of these institutes and said, you know, "Give us something back that could help this obesity problem." And a group of very talented scientists at an institute called Plant & Food Research went back and said, "We beli- believe we can find a natural plant-based extract that suppresses appetite." And they put their reasons in for them.

You know, a couple of them were historical.

Uh, in times of famine, uh, as people, uh, people in the Highlands of Scotland chewed very, very bitter berries, and that was to suppress hunger, uh, during famines.
