And it's not an architect who goes in and builds all these houses and then sells them because they usually build them.

I'm in a nice track of houses in Placentia and there are 96 houses there and there are four different models.

And if you'll start looking at them as you go up and down the street, beautiful area, great area, one of the best areas of Placentia, but all the houses basically have the same floor plan, all four floor plans, if you understand.

That's the number four floor plans because one architect went in and built them.

Now, there are other areas where they don't do that.

Uh, my wife and I were married.

Uh, we had two children, and we didn't know anybody in Placentia, California.

We had just, uh, uh, signed our name to a rental, uh, apartment.

So we went to church one Sunday morning, and we were sitting in the back pews, and all of a sudden we look over and here comes this young family that looked like Wally and Leslie Joyner, and they had two kids, Ren and Keisha Knight.

So on top of that, even though I haven't heard of this artist before, I thought he did a really good job.

I thought the color work from Placentia was great.

So yeah, this landed in my top three.

Which kind of seems a little wonky.
