Pizza Movie

I might have to actually go back and review it.

Uh, this movie called Pizza Movie, uh, which, which is a fun little, uh, fun little stoner flick, uh, Um, you know her from the TV show, uh, uh, Andy Mack, uh, where she plays a titular character.

So, um, I'm not super familiar for work, but I will say she's a great fucking voice actress.

So she goes ahead and plays a Prue and Prue is living in, uh, in Portland, um, which, uh, I've mentioned a couple of times on the show, my, uh, my June love for that, uh, for that city.

Um, and you know, that changed a lot for us, especially when it went to Netflix.

like because it was on YouTube for two to three years and then COVID happened and it went to Netflix and that really changed a lot for us it became more of like a calling card and we started getting hired on more kind of like action IP driven stuff really like high octane like unabashed properties so that's kind of what we do now and whether it's twisted metal you know cobra kai ended ended last year or two years ago maybe at this point but seven years on that show and we do twisted metal we do a spider-man show for for disney plus and um yeah we're doing we're kind of heading back more into like movie world now and we did a lot of movies this year we did super troopers 3 We did this movie called Pizza Movie, which is awesome, honestly.

And yeah, and Street Fighter just to kind of end the year out.

And Street Fighter was obviously a huge thing for us to do.

Like, it does go through '50s sci-fi, uh, college comedy.

It is actually very similar to, to "Pizza Movie".

Um-

Okay.

I wrote in my review-

Love that movie

... that this movie walked so "Pizza Movie" could run.

Hell yeah.

And Noah specifically, his shows have, like, rules and guidelines that kind of keep us all working together and working with our directors to make sure that no matter who comes in as a creative, we all have the same language to be speaking as we go through it.

It seems like you must be pretty in demand to have, what, two movies, feature length films coming out in 2026 with Twisted and Pizza Movie.

Yeah.

And then the first episode of Ted Lasso season four.

I wanna do this with you," I think is a whole nother pinch me moment for me, that I concreted that relationship with someone they could call on me for something like that.

And then every job I feel when I'm meeting for the next one, I know if it's right because it has some weird cosmic connection.

I did this show called The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox in 2025, and while I was on the job, I met for Pizza Movie with the directors Nick Kocher and Brian McLeney, and they told me that Amanda Knox had been tweeting about them and saying that they're her favorite comedians.

And so it just felt too, it just felt too surreal in this way of just being like my agent was already like, "This is your movie.

I'll promote my movie that I wr- I wrote and directed with, um, my writing partner Brian McElhaney.

Uh, it's called Pizza Movie.

It's on Hulu and Disney Plus.

Uh, it stars Gaten Matarazzo, Sean Giambrone, uh, Lulu Wilson, and it's very funny.

Yes.

As it were.

But a delightful pizza movie.

Yeah, yeah.
