Pizza Margherita

So here they are, two Napoli-style pizzas with their thick borders and a nice thin base that I have been assured will not flop.

The first one I will be trying is a classic Margherita, but I've also ordered a Ricordo d'Infanzia.

It's a pizza whose name means childhood memory.

It's got ragù, Parmigiano fondue, and a lot of extra Parmigiano shaving on top.

The Margherita first Now, I have lived 21 years of my life in Italy, and this is a very good, tasty pizza.

The bufala mozzarella is very stringy.

It's got lovely texture in the dough, and there's a nice thick border.

He's gonna go throat one of those.

I'm having the Margherita to numb my throat.

[laughs] No, but it's like there's those, some people that will answer it and be like, "I love this specific, you know, like, sushi at this specific restaurant-

But like there's something about a slice of pizza, like a fucking cheese pizza.

I'm not talking Margherita, I'm talking like a cheese pizza.

green leaf in the tomato one? Like the margarita? Margarita pizza.

That's what I

I remember going to Naples years ago, which is where pizza were invented, only to discover that they've got, like, 100 different types of Margherita.
