The tension is that Google is pushing hard on live translation.

They just added offline support to live translate on the Pixel 9, 10, and 11.

It works offline from English into 10 languages.

That's useful.

It's not as good as the online version, but it works.

I've got a Pixel 9, which I value over my original generation Pixel Fold for different reasons.

And if I'm going back to basics and back to what I want to use And what I think I get the best value from is my Pixel 9.

And this gets very complicated and in the weeds of kind of chip architecture and things like that.

But just to kind of break it down simply, Google introduced chip-based ARM hardware, MTE, back on the Pixel 8, and it's been on the Pixel 9 and the Pixel 10.

And it's important because memory safety bugs make up over 60% of… the really severe vulnerabilities on mobile devices.

And Graphene OS builds this entire OS around the memory tagging extension.

He also adds, as to your Pixel 11 review in regards to upgrading, I'm on the Pixel 9 Pro Fold 512 gigabyte, and I don't see a reason to upgrade to the 10 Fold, and I still feel that way about the 11 Fold.

And Google kind of learned their CPU config strategy from Samsung.

And I hadn't thought, but it's like, it's like obviously there's a little bit of difference here, right? Where you have, like, the processors are completely different, but-

I think there's only one of them that's got the smaller screen, though.

And I thought, you see, one of the things is that with that is that you, There's not much point in having it always on display because you close it up.
