Pixel 4

Little tidbits that, like, again, if Google could trend in this direction, the future of the Pixel could look better.

And we've been getting these little glimmers, I feel, since the Pixel 4.

Pixel 4 and Pixel 5, and then Pixel 6 with the first generation Tensor and 7 Pro was like an evolution on the Pixel 6.

Like, okay, if we kind of keep treading this direction, we could really do something interesting.

And I think something kind of disruptive, oh no, Pixel 8 was different.

I did skip the, I skipped one, I think.

I skipped the Pixel 4 XL, I think, because the Soli, do you remember when they put the Soli radar? Yeah.

Yep.

And Face ID was the only, they didn't have a fingerprint sensor.

I'll wait till maybe, like, uh, six months or a year before I get it.

So, but I changed that starting though with the Pixel 4, and I have never looked back.

Indeed.

I think it's very funny, though.

Uh, so [laughs] uh, I couldn't be happier.

I'm a kid at a Christmas tour, but again, the trade-in was only $150.

I mean, I got an LTE, so they only gave me 150 for my Pixel 4 Watch.

So it's just kinda very interesting.

That only lasted the Pixel 3.

Because then on the Pixel 4, they introduced Soli and Face Unlock, which, again, the Face Unlock was basically what's on the iPhone.

Great feature.

Soli was a LiDAR sensor that they made do other things than just Face Unlock, which that didn't really work all that great.

I knew somebody that had a Pixel 4 and tried some of the Soli features.

It was very hit or miss.

But the Face Unlock was fantastic.

when it had the, the, the Snapdragon, uh, 8, uh, 855 I think in the, in the Pixel 4 XL, and they had it in the 845 in the 3 XL.

Mm-hmm.

And there was a time when, when Google-
