... what's in the Bible, but I would never think that someone would go to the extent where they would follow it to the point where it was detrimental to someone else.

I mean, a fundamental Christian belief is to care for one another and love one another.

So it, it kind of, you can't make it make sense in your head, being like, "How would someone have those beliefs but then also be like, 'We're gonna let this little defenseless eight-year-old girl die because we believe so much that God is going to heal her?'" So-It was very, yeah, just to wrap your head around it was so confusing, I guess, which is why I think it was so interesting for me to, to investigate it over all these years and, and follow it all the way through from the, the death all the way through to the trial, and the conviction of the cult, and them now being in jail and, and producing this podcast that we did, being able to go through the whole story and, and share it all.

And I guess that's one of the beauties we have at A Current Affair is we have the time to be able to, to go and investigate stories and spend a good amount of time, you know, getting it right before it gets to air.

And then again with the podcast, getting it right before we produced it, knowing that it is, got the full story, that everything we want was in there.
