Pine-Sol

Morgan came of an age watching The Carol Burnett Show and Saturday Night Live.

At home, she wrote in her book, she would stand in front of a mirror with Pine-Sol and pretend to be a cleaning product spokesperson.

But growing up in a farming community on the Kentucky state line, it was hard to envision a creative path.

"I didn't know how to go to Hollywood or Second City in Chicago," Morgan said.

But now we work for legitimate places.

But I mean, have you seen the Pine Sol Instagram?

Pine Sol?

Yeah.

The Pine Sol's Instagram is a complete troll thing.

And they make some weird early 2000s imagery of some frog or some animal singing about Pine Sol.

And oh, yeah.

They go, OMG, the pine.

so that

I can just quickly do that bathroom when I'm in there and not have to go get the Pine Sol or the bleach or whatever I'm using from another bathroom and bring it there.

Just save some steps.

It helps me be very efficient.

I really like their 95.5s.

But this is kind of more my sweet spot where you're getting like that lemon-lime note, not so much like Pine Sol.

You're getting a little bit more Sprite note.

You're getting... that big orange, like the candied orange note, like those chewable candies that you get at the truck stop for like $1.99. And then you're getting like caramels and vanillas.

It's not as close as you'd like it to be, but it's decent.

Does it, does it still taste like Pine-Sol?

Yeah.

I don't really like the smell of tequila, so I wouldn't mind that too much.

Yeah, that'd be silly.

Cleaning products, glass cleaner, all-purpose, Pine-Sol.

I don't use Pine-Sol.

Can I just say less is more when it comes to cleaning supplies.

You really don't need all the stuff they market to you.

Like, it's more natural, so maybe I'll have to try it.

I like to buy, like, the OxiClean, like, without any of the fragrance and stuff and scents 'cause that seems to be really heavy duty, but also doesn't have the scent in there for you.

But then also I buy Pine-Sol because there's just something about mopping your kitchen floor and it smells clean.
