At that point, it was going all to the Florida lab that was Pima County's lab.

Then Pima County later, months later in October, then sending that up to the FBI's lab, the FBI deciding, should it go to another specialized lab? Do we have what we need to handle it here? All of that for this one glove, the amount of work an effort and behind the scenes, the lab workers trying to figure out, is there DNA on the outside? Is it on the inside? Is there any to deal with? It's so much work.

And when you send the Bureau on a wild goose chase, that takes away serious, serious resources and time and energy from the FBI when they should be looking and trying to figure out who this guy is.

That is a huge offense.

And the Bureau said, no, no, no, no, no.

It isn't new evidence.

That is evidence that Pima County and the other lab has always had.

The response is gonna have to be, and it is multifold.

You know, you have local district attorneys already in, you know, Pima County, Arizona, in, um, Arlington, Virginia, that are planning what is the response going to be? How do we make sure that these federal forces are complying with our state and local laws? There's a huge network of volunteers that are gonna be deployed to help provide not fear, but actual hope and guidance to people that are gonna be going to, going to vote on Election Day.

And then there's a huge base of civil society.

You know, May- Maya's too polite to mention this, I'm sure, but you know, her organization is doing incredibly important work to make sure that voters are prepared, voters are confident, and voters are not gonna be intimidated on Election Day.

Arizona gets two key players back versus the BYU Cougars.

A Pima County judge granted a temporary restraining order allowing Arizona running back Ishmael Mahdi and linebacker Max Harris to play Saturday at The number 15, number 14 BYU Cougars.

Monty led Arizona in rushing in 2025, 859 yards, four touchdowns.

Harris finished third on the team in tackles, 70 tackles, and both sat out Arizona's 35-7 win over NAU this past week.

Her grandmother, they were from Galway.

That comment this morning comes just over one month since Pima County sheriffs revealed that one ransom note stated she perished shortly after she was taken.

We're just there to support her because we love her.

Well, yesterday, a Pima County Superior Court judge issued a temporary, key on the word temporary, restraining order on the NCAA prohibiting Max Harris and Ismail Mahdi from playing.

So that means they are eligible to play right now, this second.

The $1,000 bond has just been posted.

Number three, always in threes.

They didn't include anything about the fact that new manual makes these guys ineligible well i didn't even mention it didn't even mention it so there's an emergency motion hey these guys were you didn't get all the facts here's all the facts and uh we'll see how that goes and if they keep the stay in place then we'll well they'll move to expedite the matter and uh get the appeal done as quickly as possible maybe there's a Chance of including I mean, you can't really be in two jurisdictions.

You can't include them in the Pima County case.

But, you know, there's a lot of different avenues based on what happens.
