Pike High School

And then my mom lived in Pike Township.

So went to Pike High School, and she was our dance teacher, so my sister and I were spending every night in the dance studio.

If we were with my dad, we were tap dancing in the back of his pickup truck.

Um, and my dad was a gearhead, so like [laughs] dancing didn't really fit his mold.

Um, well, that's cool because as we get into your story more, those seeds of racing at a young age obviously connect into what you did even after school.

Um, so, so you're growing up kind of between downtown and Pike.

Um, you end up going to Pike High School, is that right?

Yes.

Dozens of local school districts are working together to make school lunches healthier.

Leader- leaders, uh, gathered at Pike High School for a summit yesterday.

The panel covered production, cooking, equipment, menu planning, procurement, farm-to-school, school food policy, research related to school meal programs, all of it.

So organizers also gave hands-on experience and demonstrations in the kitchen.
