I'm going to go out and say that it's an amazing service, but raise awareness all year round in your own circle like there's a saying in the rooms right it's that recovery starts at home don't just do it for a picture for Instagram to donate a tenner and to have a t-shirt like the next time you're rushing away, if a friend asks you out to meet for a cup of tea but you're too busy, that's where you make the difference.

I suppose family members try and get information how we can help and get the person to admit they have a problem and that's usually the hardest thing because I know trying to get the person to help themselves if they don't want to help themselves it's a bit of a battle but there are services out there you know what I mean there's the drugs.ie national support line Pieta House and even IFA have member support services there contact and get advice it's not easy.
