and has entrusted Michael and Live Incorporated to become the first franchise partner in all the U.S. He's finalizing discussions on becoming the master U.S. franchise partner and acquire up to 18 Hard Rock cafes throughout the U.S. in the next three years.

This includes Times Square, San Francisco at Pier 39, Las Vegas, Foxwood Casino, New Orleans, and Hollywood, California.

at grauman's chinese theater just to name a few he added michael and his family are consummate hotel and hospitality developers owners and operators with a very diverse portfolio which includes hotels resorts attractions, casinos, live music, and event production operating on both sides of the border.

Michael has a deep belief in Niagara Falls, New York, and has demonstrated this with his investments and developments over the last decade.

I walked about maybe like two miles down the Embarcadero.

I actually, without knowing, made it to the Fisherman's Wharf and like Pier 39, which are like two touristy places without even knowing.

And that's exactly where I stopped and turned around.

I went back and As I was walking back, right across the street from our hotel was this place called the Ferry Building.

I think it's just like an area where there's like a lot of fish.

Restaurants? Not clear.

We went on to Pier 39.

We saw the sea lions.

the fog rolled in.

And even though we were standing right there by Pier 39 at the Ryu, um, it was still foggy and-

Question number six, Chonkers the sea lion has been gracing the San Francisco docks of Pier 39.

Chonkers is large and in charge.

Love Chonkers.

You would see the occasional homeless person, of course, and you'd give them, you know, a buck or two, but now it's become so overwhelmed.

Pier 39 is closed.

You can, again, drive for miles, uh, on Mission and, and where I, where I kind of hung out, the, the Warfield Theater, um, and see tent after tent, open air market after open air market over.

Same thing in Seattle, where I lived for 20 years.

And so we did that.

We walked around Pier 39.

And we went to the Golden Gate Park and the Flower Conservatory.

Cool.

The Mission has a lot of good restaurants and et cetera, but you need to be aware of your surroundings.

The Marina and Pier 39 are beautiful during the day.

Fillmore Street is fantastic to walk around.

She says a lot of the neighborhoods are pretty small, so you go there for a specific thing like a restaurant, but then you kind of wander around a little bit in the area.
