Yeah, so let's talk about it.

The next big event is coming up on September the 10th at the aforementioned PVCC.

By the way, the number one community college according to recent rankings over the last several years in Central Virginia.

We threw that one in there.

So what we're doing basically is almost if you would consider it a full-day conference.

The morning from 8 to noon is going to be focused on talent and resources available to business.

So we're going to have an education panel that will actually have Dr. Runyon, the president of PVCC, as well as other guests on that panel sharing information what's happening in the education space to support business and their needs in terms of finding and strengthening the workforce into the future.

And then our second panel is actually going to be resource providers with tools and resources available to businesses right now to help them.

So the system now is not designed to make sure the student athlete in this current world where you can transfer as much as you want, you can get paid, you can go for the next bigger contract, it's not designed to prepare them for the future unless they're making $20 million, $25 million in costs.

And isn't the inherent mission, I'll never forget, dear friend Valerie Palamount, she was the Dean of Workforce Services at Piedmont Virginia Community College.

And I reference her because she used to say to us when we would talk to her, she would say, it's the mission of the college to prepare young people.

That's the mission, to prepare them for life.

Do you have room for them to volunteer in a non-medical capacity? Like they could just come watch, observe and see if it's something that they would be more interested in.
