Piazza Maggiore

It's actually one of my favorite places in the city of Bologna.

Then I walked to Piazza Maggiore through the Mercato alleys and the porticos.

Got my fill of all that.

But then when I went back to get Tommaso, he'd been asleep for

People do Rome, Florence, Venice, because they can via train, et cetera.

But in Bologna, you just kind of want to do the greatest hits because it's there.

What's there? The Duettore, Piazza Maggiore at dusk, the Mercato alleyways where the vendors are sitting, you know, they're setting out their wares, their fish, their tortellini, their beef, all their vegetables.

I mean, it's literally, it's a painting when you walk down there and it's about eight feet wide.
