Ashley Commercial Group, based out of Villa Hills, has been working on this for more than a year now.

1,300 bucks a month for a one-bedroom, 2,100 for a two-bedroom.

I think this might be the most impressive project just based on size.

It's a huge building.

Hamilton County announced late last year that that giant historic facility that basically takes up the entire block of East Central Parkway between Sycamore and Main had been sold to Stough Development in partnership with Chavez Properties for $12 million.
