Um, but to find something that you wouldn't otherwise encounter, I mean, there's various versions of the Physical: 100 show back on now, which I'm, I'm watching the It- the Italian version, which is quite fun.

Oh, my God.

... to watch Italian Physical: 100.

Physical: 100 Italy and Physical: 100 Mexico has just dropped as well, which I haven't-

Which also, I love saying physique.

I started saying that after watching all the seasons of Physical 100,

and they say physique so many times.

It's like my favorite phrase.

eventually.

I love the physical 100 ones that are out on Netflix right now.

We're working our way through the Italian one and we're going to watch the Mexico one after that.

Those are awesome reality shows and Amazing Race is coming back in about 12 days.

We watch

Physical 100 and all that

stuff.

And we loved all those.

So you're watching character development and then it keeps cutting back in

timelines.

So what I say, the only thing I will, like Physical 100, And I know this is a very Korean thing to do.

And Korean and Chinese is the triple repeat.

But, um, my unhealthy obsession goes to watching, I don't know what it is about these Korean r- reality shows, two specifically.

There's like, uh, one of them is a "Physical: 100" on Netflix, um, and it's so fascinating.

They did two, two seasons where it's like where they determine what is the best physical body, and they'll put them through the most rigorous tests I've ever seen of all these different body types, male and female, and, and, you know, and tall men, short women, or vi- sh- short man, you know, like, or like somebody big, bulky who can carry like tons of crap.

And it was just so fascinating to see like who, literally their goal is to find who has the best physique.

Nothing wrong with that

... and that was kind of really cool to watch.

So I love watching "Physical: 100." They just brought out "Physical: 100 Italy"- Which we've binge-watched yes- like a few days ago.

And now they're about to put out a Physical 100 Mexico, and apparently there's a USA version.

The women of Salt Lake City are back, and then The Traitors is testing whether the format works without celebrities or veteran reality stars.

You've got a new international edition of Physical 100, and there are two PBS documentaries about people pushing against limits.

Now, one of them is through science, and the other is through art.

But let's go through the list, and I'm gonna begin with Dancing with the Stars.

A new friend is Ashley, and she is a Utah native, entrepreneur, mo-motorcycle enthusiast, and a former makeup artist with connections to both Lisa and Whitney.

This season is going to include trips to San Francisco and Hawaii, new relationships, marital problems, and another complete reorganization of the social hierarchy.

Also premiering Wednesday is Physical 100 Mexico on Netflix.
