So if you have a spot where you're like, eh, I don't really have a spot for a mana dork, but...

You know, I have a spot for like a Phyrexian Revoker or the Dead Soul Jailer or whatever it is that stops people from casting...

Soulless Jailer? Yeah, Soulless Jailer from their graveyard or the top of their deck or exile.

So that stops like...

I'd still probably take Urza Saga over Teferi, but I would definitely take Teferi over Wheel.

Phyrexian Revoker?

Provoker's good, but it's not a card I'm going to go out of my way to pick up, certainly not this early.
