Phyllis A. Whitney

Before these books came out, you know, I was just such a big reader the whole time.

Before these books came out, if you wanted a woman as a central character, you were reading Anya Seton, Victoria Holt, Phyllis Whitney, and Nora Lofts.

But what I can't remember, because it's been so long, I cannot remember in those books whether the heroines saved themselves or whether they had to be saved.

I think I'll put a- up an inquiry about that on my Facebook page, 'cause somebody will remember.

So I give those women huge props.

Yeah.

I, Victoria Holt is, and Phyllis Whitney are definitely on my list.

I have not read any of theirs yet.
