Once we got that nailed off, we hit the ground running.

Within 18 months, we were the largest solar PV or thermal installer in the country.

Wow.

So yeah, that's where it all started from.

We've built our own training academy.

And to give you an idea of what that looks like, we've built a house within our warehouse.

with all our technology, so the solar thermal, solar PV, our heat pumps, everything installed in that, with different rigs showing how it's all done, whether it's commercial or residential, how it's installed, how it's commissioned.

And we're partnering with them to do a full training programme.
