Phone Booth

I think it worked a lot better.

It's that sort of movie where you mostly follow one character in a single location, uh, similar to Locke with Tom Hardy or Phone Booth with Colin Farrell, where it's all centered around that character in a, in a tight one location scene.

And the movie's not all like that, but most of it is with Moretz's Maude in that ball turret.

The camera rarely leaves her, and although there are other characters, this movie is all about her.

Wait, did I say Signs already? Anyway, 8 Mile, Bowling for Columbine, The Quiet American, Far From Heaven, The Hours, Frida, About Schmidt, About a Boy.

My Big Fat Greek Wedding, Punch Drunk Love, Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance, Insomnia, One Hour Photo, Blade II, Red Dragon, Road to Perdition, Equilibrium, Ice Age, Lilo and Stitch, Treasure Planet, The Time Machine, Solaris, We Were Soldiers, Black Hawk Down, The Transporter, Triple X, Die Another Day, The Hot Chicks, Sweet Home Alabama, A Walk to Remember, Unfaithful Secretary, Rules of Attraction, Panic Room, Phone Booth, The Mothman Prophecies, Ghost Ship, Dark Water, Cabin Fever, Bubba Hotep.

That was one that I fucking saw in my dad's collection.

I was like, what the hell is that? May, Dog Soldiers, Ju-On, The Grudge, All or Nothing, Dirty Pretty Things, Bend It Like Beckham, The Magdalene Sisters, Sweetest Thing, Orange County, Barbershop, Brown Sugar, Undercover Brother, Jackass, The Movie, John Q, Empire, The New Guy, Not Another Team Movie, Clockstoppers, Big Fat Liar, The Santa Clause 2, and Austin Powers in Goldmember.

Where he was

literally stuck in a phone booth the entire movie.

And his life was in danger.

If I say Colin, you say?

thing.

Another one, another one I got, which was, uh, this, uh, 2000 show Schumacher movie with a phone booth.

with Colin Farrell and Kiefer Sutherland.

There's a lot of that in the structure of this.

I mean- My entry into Larry Cohen was probably like yours.

It was probably Phone Booth with the Colin Farrell film.

100%.

Yeah.
