What is that decision process like for you? Is that, is that collaborative with the team? Is that just up to you? And how, how do you make that decision of, "Okay, this person wants to come train with us, they can"?

Yeah.

I mean, quick sidetrack, but on, on that note of just having competitive teammates, um, UVA seemingly just the place to be right now.

I mean, obviously they've got Claire Curzan, they've got Isabelle Stodden, they've got Gretchen if she feels like doing backstroke.
