The 60 billion that was transferred from PhilHealth has been returned.

We are working on the PDIC because PDIC transferred 107 billion and there is a soft promise to return it, but it was lodged in the unprogrammed funds of 2027 budget.

That means, I mean, it's just a wishful thinking because if it's unprogrammed, almost 99.9 percent it cannot be funded unless you transfer from the from other sources from other sources like phil health or from yeah so uh we will not be happy of course if they will not put it in the program appropriations you will go to the supreme court right ask the supreme and you're confident just like last time because there is no other way but to return that money because it's unconstitutional
