He says similar promises are often made during debates about assisted dying, but fears improvements to end-of-life services won't follow once the debate has moved on.

And Phil Proctor argues that rejecting the legislation could actually shorten some lives, because people might consider travelling to Switzerland for an assisted death while they still can.

They may have to go earlier than they otherwise would.

Yeah, and Phil Proctor plays the first humanoid who, uh, I also d- I think he's one of the...

Maybe he's one of those, like, aliens that captures Martian Manhunter and Superman.

It was a bad review of something, and it used the phrase verbal garbage, and we thought that was really funny.

And what's really cool is I just recently met Phil Proctor from F- Fire Sign Theatre, and he asked me, "What was the name of your first band?" And I said, "Verbal Garbage." And he goes, "Wow, now that's a great name."

[laughs] That's heavy, man.

So when somebody from the Fire Sign Theatre tells you that your band name is awesome, that's, that's pretty good.
