Philip H. Hoff

But the second most is Phil Hoff, hands down.

There's two books that I want everybody to read.

One is the biography of Thomas Chittenden, which was written by a Republican.

Wrote a fantastic book, biography of Thomas Chittenden.

It's out of print, which just kills me.

And the other is a great book that was put together by three reporters from the Rutland Herald about Phil Hoff.

You have to read that book to understand what Vermont was like when Phil Hoff was elected governor.
