This is clearly a play on Harry Potter where they just changed up the main characters of it.

It's a cooperative game where you need to complete rituals to defeat an evil sorcerer.

This is called Archaeology, The New Expedition.

And this is a game from Phil Walker Harding.

It's based on his own archaeology, a game he came up, you know, obviously before this one, under his own publishing brand.

And then they republished, Z-Man did, with some new stuff and a great new look.

Um, and then we played two more games to end the night, Joel, taking it back to last week.

I played a modern classic from 2016 M hotep designed by Phil Walker Harding.

And he is a designer that I have never played a game of his that I did not enjoy.

And so he's somebody I always want to try their games.

I might have changed one of the designers, but

yeah.

I'm going with Dice Game by Phil Walker Harding.

Yeah, I think I made that one too easy.

That's right.

All right, my number 63 is a Phil Walker Harding game.

It might be the only Phil Walker Harding game on my list, potentially.

And it's a game that has never been in my top 100 before while being one of his oldest games.

And that's because I finally got to play the physical version of this game and since then have fallen in love with it and I play it quite a little bit on BGA and that is Gizmos.

A game, a game doesn't need 50 hooks, but it needs one to three.

And Phil Walker Harding said something in an interview with me a while ago where he said that when he, I think it was when he puts a game on a table, right.

for his players, he wants them almost to know how to play already just by seeing what's there.

Because when you do that and you meet them where they are with their expectations, it makes the teach that much easier.

So we had to figure out where they ranked in that aspect.

If you're familiar, when we did the Phil Walker Harding stuff on live stream, it's kind of how we did it this way, but this time we used our gamer criteria to settle everything here.

I usually think about, well, how much is it going to cost for me to buy boosters and decks and playing? And then, you know, am I even going to be competitive? And it's certainly there, like you said, there are, you know, formats and leagues and stuff.

And even Phil, when he was on talking about Larkana talked about, you know, playing with just commons and uncommons.

And so there are ways to do it economically.

Um, but I think more the, maybe the bigger hindrance may be personalities.

And Ace of Spades being a cooperative poker with one or two players that's closer to this, which I already have, I felt like it wasn't giving me enough of what I wanted.

And so I think I was like, I'd rather play...

Ace of Spades and this, and then after playing the other one from Phil Walker Harding, which one, what's that one called? All in Predictions? All in Predictions.

That one, I was more intrigued with that than I was with Hell of a Deal.
