I would say the double down on investment on Adventures by Disney, that's aimed at a specific segment of the population, which are people of a certain age with disposable income that have the freedom to travel the world.

Yeah, Paul, I tend to agree with you about the delays in construction.

I work in construction for a living, and I just had a conversation with a builder today.

They had to actually rescind purchase orders that we were about to fulfill because there is not enough labor available in the marketplace, and we can't even get houses built.

And the labor that is here, the constraints, and I don't want to make this political, the current administration has placed on the labor market, everyone knows what I'm talking about, The people that still are here and are able to work that have these skills, they're demanding 20% more.

And there's a bidding war to even get their services to come and put these houses up.

I have shells all over the state of Florida that are sitting dormant and empty right now because there's no hands to swing hammers.
