Peyton Graham

We've got a good young core coming up in the minors.

We got Max Anderson, Peyton Graham, like I talked about.

Maybe they could move Peyton Graham over to third base.

I mean, But then again, we talked about Torkelson.

We talked earlier in the show.

He's eligible for arbitration.

They've got Colt Keith locked up for a few years.

What are they gonna do? I'd like to see Peyton Graham maybe with his wheels get involved next year.

And again, I brought this name up the other day, and I'm going to bring it up again because he's an up-and-comer.

Peyton Graham is at Erie right now, and he hit just a tick under .300 or he's right around .290, 66 stolen bases last year with that average.

And with those kind of wheels, how can you not give him an opportunity? So it's going to make things interesting.

And also, we've got Colt Keith for a while, still at third base.

Look at Double-A, the Erie SeaWolves.

Peyton Graham had 66 stolen bases last year for the Erie SeaWolves, and they had another player with 66 stolen bases.

Let's see if I can bring it up.

Seth Stevenson.

That's a good pick.

Peyton Graham.

Yep.

Mm-hmm.

First team All-American.

He was a freshman All-American in the, in the COVID season.

Peyton Graham is my utility player, which gives me quite a bit of utility with that young man, so.

That is a phenomenal pick.

I mean, [laughs] well, they, I think they moved him too quickly a couple years ago 'cause he was hitting 360 down there.

But, uh, I, I looked it up and the, the Sea Wolves actually have the top three in the, [laughs] if, if we care about batting average, it's Justice Bigby is number one at 331, and then number two is Peyton Grant, uh, Graham, and, uh, Andrew Jenkins, they both hit 290, but Graham edges out Jenkins.

So pretty impressive.

Top three in the Eastern League, really?

Uh, Seth Stevenson broke Gage Workman's career stolen base record for Erie.

That didn't last very long.

Um, and you know, depending on what happens next year, I'm sure it'll be either him or Graham kind of demolishing it, but-

Yeah, it could be-
