How do you try and kind of manage that?

It's a big job.

I've got a couple of members of the team that have sort of come in in the last year or two.

We've now got a three-strong team, which I've never had in my time at Scottish Athletics.

There were only four Scots on the team selected, yourself, Eilish, Lindsay and Lee McConnell.

And then Freya, Ross came in right at the last minute for Paula Radcliffe.

so exceptional I always think it kind of you can compare it to when people say who's the next Andy Murray you think there won't be another Andy Murray because he's so exceptional and I think that probably applies to this kind of current generation of Scottish athletes it's going to be almost impossible to replicate that exactly isn't it that kind of success
