And then within five minutes of me telling this story about this wonderful podcast that I appeared on that was sold out, that was amazing, it was 50 people rammed in, passionate, it was so much fun, he told a story about selling out two shows at Madison Square Garden.

So on to some of the numbers for this year.

And pleasingly, it's a return to much stronger performance.

As John said, the majority of the growth is organic.

And if we normalize for the acquisitions and the currency headwinds, the organic growth rate is just over 25%.

Gross margins are up a couple of hundred basis points to 33.5%.
