So the things we do is, yeah, communication by our values in all these pub- public meetings, that's number one.

Consciousness of the leaders to say, "Hey, use this.

Walk the walk." Use it to make decisions, that's another thing.

Like really use it when, when we're making decisions.

So those are probably the three main ones.

There's a small but super important one that we do that's very unusual that I don't know that any public company does.

But yeah, what's your, what's your view about that and, and what, what do you see as the future of, you know, of integrating these new technologies in, into your business, into the industry?
