Now here's, I mean, the first thing that runs in my head, right? That is, okay, what type of rates do you get? And are you working with a bank behind the scenes or is it you or like what are the mechanics going on here and the handoffs that are happening?
5:33
Yeah, so the handoffs are really what Harborline, we're really infrastructure.
5:37
We're a B2B play.
5:39
We're recruiting a series of banks on the back end that provide liquidity and the distribution, which is either independent RIAs, people like think Fidelity Investments, many people may not know, but they're not a bank.
5:53
So they're a broker dealer that are supported by 25 different banks, depending on the programs.
5:59
And so that is what we're doing where we're enabling these banks who don't even know these products exist.
6:07
So I mentioned that, so I started a bank in here in Boston called First Commons Bank, and I was on the board for nine years till we sold to Brookline Bank and it's now called Beacon Bank.

How does that
9:10
But most of us assume is basic technology for for a bank to have to make payments.
9:16
Well, so there's more backstory to this, and the broker-dealers certainly can do that.
9:21
But Zelle, by rule, prohibited broker-dealers from participation.
9:26
So the rules suggest that, or very much outline, they prohibit broker-dealers from participation.
9:34
So most banks, most broker-dealers that don't have banks, like Fidelity, who is, most people don't know, Fidelity Investments is really the largest fintech in the U.S. that nobody knows about.
9:46
It clears through 25 banks.
9:48
I was responsible for the cash management.

15:14
And so what I'm really hearing here is a parallel as well, that in a wealth space, there are a lot of ancillary products and services that really could be turned on to feed that beyond the basics of the investing and the banking piece as well that could create some struggles for prioritization of projects.
