all share it we've talked quite a bit on this podcast about wellness and the concept of wellness and what it means as it relates to exactly what you've been talking about and the kind of work that you do Do you think as a concept, I mean, maybe a decade ago, wellness didn't really mean much in this context, but does it resonate with people? And is it the right word? It's the word that we have.
22:52
So it's the one that we have until there's something that's more agreed upon, but also the fact that more people are thinking about it and interrogating it means that it's actually doing what it should do, which is more like, what's this wellness all about? What is it that people are talking about? So in that respect, it's doing, like I say, it's doing what it should.
23:20
But what it means, again, it's going to be specific.

And my wife has got into a very good, expensive, fun habit of going on yoga retreats in beautiful locations.

And this year we went to Bacalar, which is in the Yucatan area of Mexico.
23:50
And you think, well, This location, which I would never come to if I hadn't purchased a yoga retreat where I get to share breakfast with these strangers, practice yoga, then go out into a cenote or go to, you know, get tacos somewhere or do a cacao ceremony or do some journaling and just get away from my work.
24:23
If this is wellness, this is great.

Is that something that you as an individual, you focus on about yourself every day and you make decisions based on looking ahead?
