Next, EMA says its tailored clinical approach to biosimilars has produced its first positive recommendation.

CHMP backed Pbrilzo, a biosimilar to Roche's Perjeta for adult breast cancer.

We'll show you later that people seem much more likely to choose TDXD and pertuzumab with brain mets, but had a problem with severe diarrhea.

She actually was hospitalized.

The treatment was interrupted, and they actually ended up discontinuing the Pertuzumab, but kept the TDXD going.

She responded everywhere, including the brain.

And so this person wants to know, first of all, looking back, do you agree with what was done there using Pertuzumab, TDXD, but also the question of would you bring the Pertuzumab back? and see whether you can deal with the diarrhea more effectively.

And then really a key question, which is at what point, if any, would you switch to maintenance? And if so, would you include palbo as per patina? So any thoughts about this case, Reshma, where the patient ended up having a problem with diarrhea?

Yeah, I think this is a great case.

She is currently, I guess, on TDXD and pertuzumab.

And I, Herceptin and Perjeta, and, and was with, uh, my oncologist, Dr. John Glaspy at UCLA, was one of the guys on the team that rediscovered it, repurposed it for immunotherapy.

We were just talking with a doctor before, before this, um, that I, I really b- I think that very, not in the too distant future, that with that kind of cancer, which has been around, the Herceptin, Perjeta, for about, I think around 19, 20 years, I don't think they're gonna d- I had the chemo, radiation, surgery, and then a year of Herceptin reg- Perjeta.

Um, I don't think they're gonna go th- you're gonna go through all that.
