I'm a co-chair of the BHBA's Trust in Estates Law Section.

I'm delighted to introduce today's speaker, Chong Che.

Mr. Che is a partner at Withers in the private client and tax practice area, where he advises celebrities, estates, and high net worth individuals on the planning and administration of their assets.

His particular expertise includes counseling clients on the disposition and valuation of postmortem publicity rights and handling the related tax implication.

Work that has included advising estates in disputes with the IRS, notably around valuation questions.
